Computer Network Support Specialists is needed to perform the following duties:
  • · Technical Support for Network and Computer Systems:
    Provide technical assistance and support for computer network systems, hardware, and software across multiple platforms, including Windows, Unix/Linux, and iOS.
    Troubleshoot and resolve user issues related to network connectivity, system access, and application performance, ensuring minimal downtime.
    Assist in diagnosing problems with computer hardware and network equipment, such as routers, switches, and access points.
  • · Computer System Maintenance and Configuration:
    Perform routine maintenance and updates for computer systems, ensuring that all operating systems, hardware, and network components are functioning efficiently.
    Install and configure new hardware, software, and peripheral devices, ensuring proper integration into the existing IT infrastructure.
    Monitor system performance and implement necessary adjustments to optimize system efficiency and prevent issues.
  • · User Access and Security Management:
    Manage user accounts and permissions on the network, ensuring appropriate access levels based on organizational roles and security protocols.
    Implement and maintain network security measures, such as firewalls, VPNs, and anti-virus software, to protect against unauthorized access and cyber threats.
    Domain Name Security: Configure Domain Name System Security Extensions (DNSSEC) to prevent hijacking and unauthorized transfers, ensuring domain safety.
    Email System Security: Implement robust authentication methods, such as DMARC, SPF, and DKIM, to prevent phishing attacks and unauthorized access to company email accounts.
    Deploy and manage SSL/TLS certificates to secure web traffic and protect sensitive data transmitted between servers and clients.
    Configure and maintain HTTPS connections to ensure secure access to web services, preventing data interception and unauthorized access.
    Conduct regular audits of SSL/TLS certificates to ensure their validity and renew them as necessary, preventing any disruption in secure communication.
  • · Hardware and Software Installation:
    Install and configure computer systems, including desktops, laptops, printers, and other network-connected devices.
    Provide support for software installation and troubleshooting, ensuring compatibility with the company’s network systems and user needs.
    Assist with hardware upgrades and replacements, ensuring minimal disruption to daily operations.
  • · Documentation and Reporting:
    Create and maintain documentation for network configurations, system setups, and issue resolutions to ensure clear communication and reference for future troubleshooting.
    Generate reports on system performance, security incidents, and user support requests to help improve overall IT infrastructure and services.
    Maintain an updated inventory of hardware and software assets for tracking and replacement purposes.
  • · Collaboration with IT Teams:
    Work closely with system administrators, network engineers, and other IT staff to coordinate support and resolve complex technical issues.
    Assist in the planning and execution of system upgrades, migrations, and new technology implementations.
    Participate in disaster recovery and business continuity planning to ensure the protection and recovery of critical IT systems in case of failures.
  • · Support for Remote Work Infrastructure:
    Assist in setting up and maintaining remote work environments for employees, ensuring secure and reliable access to the company’s network and systems.
    Configure VPNs, remote desktops, and collaboration tools (such as Microsoft Teams, Zoom, and Slack) to facilitate seamless communication and file sharing between employees and external partners.
    Implement security measures, including multi-factor authentication (MFA) and encrypted connections, to protect data when accessed remotely.
    Provide training and support for remote workers on best practices for using remote access tools, ensuring smooth and efficient collaboration, especially with international partners.
    Troubleshoot connectivity and performance issues in remote work environments, resolving them quickly to avoid disruptions in workflow.
  • · International Collaboration Support:
    Work with IT teams and partners outside of the U.S. to set up secure and efficient communication channels, ensuring seamless collaboration across time zones.
    Ensure compatibility of international networks with the company's internal systems, addressing any connectivity issues that may arise.
    Assist in setting up file sharing, cloud storage solutions, and secure communication platforms to facilitate collaboration with external partners.
    Maintain compliance with global IT and data protection standards when working with international teams.
  • · AI Technology Application and Support:
    Provide support in the integration and application of AI technologies within the company’s network and computer systems, enhancing automation and decision-making processes.
    Assist in the deployment and maintenance of AI-driven tools, such as machine learning models for predictive analytics, network monitoring, and system optimization.
    Monitor AI systems to ensure they are functioning correctly, analyzing data outputs, and making necessary adjustments to improve accuracy and performance.
    Collaborate with data scientists and AI developers to ensure that AI solutions are effectively integrated into the company’s infrastructure, supporting both network and business operations.
    Provide training to staff on how to effectively use AI-driven tools and platforms, ensuring they can leverage AI for increased productivity and efficiency.
    Troubleshoot issues related to AI system performance, ensuring minimal disruption to AI-powered operations and tools.

Bachelor's Degree is required in Computer Science or Computer Engineering or Information Technology

Motion / Graphic / Web Designer

Motion / Graphic / Web Designer is needed to perform the following duties:

1. Design and animate motion graphics

  • · Develop creative and engaging promotional, short-form video to promote the brand through different social media platforms and the website.
  • · Edit and optimize graphics and video content for social media platforms;
  • · Maintain videography equipment and provide guidance for new equipment purchases.
  • · Takes the lead on video projects from concept to delivery (storyboard, design, animation, feedback, QA, and production).
  • · Share relevant industry news and insights with Chinese clients to demonstrate expertise and provide value-added services.Provide technical support for design- and video-related efforts;
  • · Develops graphics, illustrations, and other creative materials for the web, social, and other digital platforms that is on-brand, reinforces our status and reputation, and is appropriate for our various audiences;
  • · Design and layout of materials for internal communications and business materials.
  • · Work with the Growth and Marketing team with edits to digital assets (videos, content downloads etc).
  • · Create infographics and presentation materials to simplify communication of complex concepts and data.

2. Graphic Design

  • · Think creatively and develop new design concepts, graphics and layouts
  • · Prepare rough drafts and present your ideas
  • · Amend final designs to clients comments and gain full approval
  • · Design graphics, animations and manipulate digital photographs
  • · Design sample page layouts including text size and color
  • · Proofread content and making changes where necessary
  • · Develop brand image, marketing logo, and new concepts for company
  • · Lead concept idealization and iteration with sketching, wireframe development, prototypes and other tools
  • · Create designs, concepts, and develop graphics and layouts for product illustrations, company logos, and web sites based on knowledge of layout principles and esthetic design concepts, in order to provide an easy, beautiful, consistent, and seamless user experience across platforms

Responsible for the design, development, creation and maintenance of our Websites, landing pages, banner ads, emails and other online marketing projects. This position involves content updates and maintenance to Web sites as well as design, production and web optimization for SEO.

  • · Meeting clients to identify their needs and liaising regularly with them;
  • · Drawing up detailed website specifications;
  • · Designing sample page layouts including text size and colours;
  • · Designing graphics, animations and manipulating digital photographs;
  • · Registering web domain names and organizing the hosting of the website;

4. UI Designer

Produce high-quality visual designs from concept to execution, including those for desktop, web, and mobile devices at a variety of resolutions (icons, graphics, and marketing materials). Stay current on the latest design trends, standards, and practices. Produce graphic sketches, designs, and copy layouts for a variety of applications, including sites, email marketing, social, display advertising, direct mail, brochures and other brand materials.

  • · Develop clean, appealing, and easy-to-use user interfaces iteratively
  • · Develop data visualizations and infographics
  • · Create high-fidelity mock-ups, redlines, style guides, and assets
  • · Work collaboratively with designers, engineers, product managers, marketing, and sales

Required Qualifications

  • · Bachelor's degree in art, graphic design, or related field
  • · 5+ years experience in graphic design

Preferred Skills:

  • · Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (mainly InDesign, Illustrator, Premiere, and Photoshop), Microsoft Office, DropBox, and G Suite.
  • · Experience with graphic design and production principles and processes; experience in camera operation, location and set management, audio, lighting, sound editing and mixing
  • · Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Premiere Pro)
  • · Understand both front-end (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, HTML 5.0, CSS 4, JavaScript, Flash.) and back-end technologies (databases, CMS, etc.)
  • · Experiences in using lean UX techniques to develop products
  • · Experiences in planning and facilitating user research (both ethnographic and design focused) and usability test
